Renew in May (invoice will be mailed 5-1-08) $15.00 to extend to May 31, 2009

Renew June (invoice will be mailed 5-15-08) $20.00 to extend to June 30, 2009

Renew July (invoice will be mailed 5-15-08) $20.00 to extend to July, 31, 2009

Renew Aug (invoice will be mailed 5-15-08) $20.00 to extend to Aug 31, 2009

Renew Sept (invoice will be mailed 5-15-08) $25.00 to extend to Sept 30, 2009
