The Event is hosted by Steve and Winnie Miller. We have room for 40 people. There will be a limited menu of their freshly made dishes from which to choose from. You will need to order and pay for your meal by Sunday, April 12. Simply choose your selection below and pre-pay online. RSVPs open on March 11.
The prices shown include a 20% gratuity for service. There will be no refunds after April 12.
Handmade flour tortilla spread with mashed beans, sprinkled with cheese and finished with Honduran sour cream
A flatbread made with cornmeal and stuffed with your choice of cheese & beans or Loroco (edible flower widespread in Central America and Mexico)
Cornmeal flatbread grilled then fried and stuffed with ground beef, cheese, tomato, cabbage topped with more cheese and their signature sauce. (A vegetarian option would be to replace the ground beef with avocado and beans.)
Enchiladas Catrachas $10.00
Two tostadas with your choice of chicken, ground beef or carnitas, and includes cabbage, house sauce, cheese and finished with a tomato.
Tacos Dorados $10.00
Four crispy chicken tacos topped with cabbage, pico de Gallo, house sauce, grated cheese and sour cream
Tajadas De Guineo $19.00
Fried plantains, cabbage, house sauce grated cheese, pico de Gallo, pickled cabbage topped with special sauce, and your choice of meat (chicken, ground beef, or pork chop)
