DESCRIPTION:Join us for a twisty\, fun\, and scenic drive following the Washougal\, and Columbia Rivers from Washougal to Glenwood\, then down the Klickitat River Canyon and finishing at the Bargeway Pub in The Dalles for lunch. \nEvent Organizer: Dan Wilson \nEvent Stats:\nNumber of Groups: 2 groups of 12 cars\nTotal Miles: 157\nTotal Drive Time: 4 hours with rest stops \nDigital Navigation Support: \nRidewithGPS link will be provided to attendees with Driving Directions. \nRegistration Information:  \nRegistration will close on August 14 at 5:00 p.m. Volunteers will be needed for Leads and Sweeps. SUMMARY:September After Work Drive
DESCRIPTION:Come close out the 2026 evening after-work driving season with an enjoyable 63-mile scenic drive through some of Washington County’s best back roads.  \nWe’ll begin at the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge\, just south of King City\, then wind through the valleys around Bald Peak before climbing over Parrett and Pete’s Mountains. Expect plenty of twisty\, curvy roads\, beautiful valley views\, and a relaxing evening behind the wheel.  \nWe’ll finish at Wanker’s Corner\, where we’ll gather for dinner and refreshments at Dubs Tavern in West Linn—a perfect way to wrap up a great evening drive.  \nEvent Organizer: Scott Dual \nEvent Stats:\nNumber of Groups: 2 groups of 12\nTotal Miles: 63\nTotal Drive Time: 1.25 hours \nDigital Navigation Support: \nRidewithGPS link will be provided to attendees with Driving Directions. \nRegistration Information:  \nRegistration will open on August 12 at 7 PM and close on August 28 at 5 PM.
