DESCRIPTION:This scenic 3-Rivers back roads midweek drive starts in Washougal following the Washougal River\, meandering back to one of the favorites\, Hwy 14 along the Columbia River\, before heading north on Old Highway 8 to Klickitat. From there\, we follow the Klickitat River along State Route 142 back to Highway 14. We end our drive in beautiful Stevenson for lunch at Clark & Lewies. The drive will be about 135 miles. Volunteers will be needed for Leads and Sweeps. Please volunteer when you register\, if you are able and willing to accept the responsibilities. \nGeneral Information about this Event: \nRegistration is by car. Each driver must complete the data collection in the registration form. If you have a navigator\, please register that person at the same time. If you don’t have a navigator\, just mark the navigator question as N/A. \nThe start location\, time\, description of Digital Navigation Support as well a printable PDF file of Driving Directions will be provided two days before the event to all registrants. Please check your Spam folder if you do not see an email with the directions within 24 hours of the event. \nEach Participant (Driver and Navigator) is required to sign the “Release and Waiver of Liability” at the start of the drive. \nWe encourage all participants to take pictures and share the pictures either on our social media sites or upload them to our photo repository using the link provided with the driving directions.
