SUMMARY:Waterfalls to Wheatfields
DESCRIPTION:We start at the Columbia River Gorge\, climbing through Corbett to Vista House before dropping into the rhythm of the Historic Columbia River Highway. Waterfalls\, cliff roads\, and river views carry us to the Bridge of the Gods\, where we cross into Washington and open things up on Highway 14—faster\, wider\, and a good stretch for the cars before we turn inland. \nThe Klickitat River Highway is the driver’s section: elevation changes\, technical curves\, and canyon transitions that demand attention and reward clean lines. We emerge into high desert\, rolling wheatfields\, and big sky as we descend through Biggs Junction and Wasco back to the Columbia.
