Shortly after crossing into Washington\, we’ll take our first break—and invite Porsche friends from the greater Vancouver\, Kalama\, Longview\, and Chehalis areas to join the tour there. \nFrom Longview\, we’ll turn west onto Washington’s Lewis and Clark Highway (SR 4)\, following the mighty Columbia toward the Pacific. Then after returning to more “civilized” roads\, we will again divert from “roads most traveled” to the scenic drive along the Umpqua River. This is perhaps one of the most enjoyable scenic and relaxing roads a club member could ask for.
