SUMMARY:September After Work Drive
DESCRIPTION:Come close out the 2026 evening after-work driving season with an enjoyable 63-mile scenic drive through some of Washington County’s best back roads.  \nWe’ll begin at the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge\, just south of King City\, then wind through the valleys around Bald Peak before climbing over Parrett and Pete’s Mountains. Expect plenty of twisty\, curvy roads\, beautiful valley views\, and a relaxing evening behind the wheel.  \nWe’ll finish at Wanker’s Corner\, where we’ll gather for dinner and refreshments at Dubs Tavern in West Linn—a perfect way to wrap up a great evening drive.  \nEvent Organizer: Scott Dual \nEvent Stats:\nNumber of Groups: 2 groups of 12\nTotal Miles: 63\nTotal Drive Time: 1.25 hours \nDigital Navigation Support: \nRidewithGPS link will be provided to attendees with Driving Directions. \nRegistration Information:  \nRegistration will open on August 12 at 7 PM and close on August 28 at 5 PM. Volunteers will be needed for Leads and Sweeps. Please volunteer when you register\, if you are able and willing to accept the responsibilities. \nGeneral Information about this Event: \nRegistration is by car. Each driver must complete the data collection in the registration form. If you have a navigator\, please register that person at the same time. If you don’t have a navigator\, just mark the navigator question as N/A. \nThe start location\, time\, description of Digital Navigation Support as well a printable PDF file of Driving Directions will be provided two days before the event to all registrants.
