Event Policy

You, and those who accompany you, may be photographed or recorded while attending any Porsche Club of America Oregon Region events.

By entering any event, you hereby irrevocably grant the Porsche Club of America Oregon Region the right to use your image, voice or likeness obtained at any event for any purpose, in any media, without payment or right of approval. If you do not agree and do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please refrain from attending events.

This privacy policy sets out how the Porsche Club of America, Oregon Region (ORPCA) uses and protects any information that you give Porsche Club of America (PCA) and ORPCA. (Note: Oregon PCA downloads information on your membership from PCA once a month.)

If we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using our website or other tools, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.  ORPCA may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.

If you give the ORPCA your e-mail address, we will use it periodically to send you important notices concerning the ORPCA. We do NOT provide e-mail addresses directly to any other source.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies on our web:

Financial Policies

It is the policy of the Porsche Club of America – Oregon Region Board of Directors that in addition to the limitations outlined in Article XI of the Club Bylaws, it is further required that any e-mail request to incur any obligation or indebtedness in the name of the Club shall require a voice confirmation. This was approved by all board members on 04/11/2018.

In order to install internal financial controls, the Porsche Club of America – Oregon Region Board of Directors hereby agrees that the payment of debts shall be separated from the Treasurer position and be assigned to the Vice President, and if unavailable, the President. This was approved by all board members on 04/11/2018.
