Again, this year, Porsche Beaverton is providing their wonderful, hosted reception for all NW Passage attendees on Tuesday, June 16th from 6-8 pm.

The reception will be at the beautiful Porsche Studio Portland, the first Porsche Studio in the United States, which is designed to inspire the Porsche brand lifestyle. The contemporary, boutique-like facility features a 12,920 sq-ft studio space over two floors.

The address is 1432 NW Johnson St, Portland. Porsche Beaverton is also providing secure, guarded, enclosed parking on Johnson Street directly across from the Studio in the old REI parking garage.

Day 1: Wednesday 6/17/26


Day 1 includes traveling to Lebanon, OR.

We will offer a backroad drive from Oregon City to Lebanon if you want to avoid riding I-5.

3-5 pm Registration for the NW Passage at the Boulder Falls Inn. Receive the goodie bag, the lanyards, door signs and the tour book.

Check into the hotel.1st Night: Boulder Falls Inn, Lebanon OR

5-6:30 pm: Hosted Reception. (Dinner on your own)

6:30-7:30 pm: Two training sessions:

  • 6:30 pm: Introduction to the NW Passage for “First Timers”
  • 7 pm: Introduction to using our digital Navigation App RidewithGPS

Day 2: Thursday 6/18/26


 On Thursday we depart the hotel in Lebanon, and cross over I-5 into the southern Willamette Valley. We will be taking the side roads west of the I-5 corridor and Eugene, and finally diving into the coast range experiencing some truly interesting back roads of the area. Then after returning to more “civilized” roads, we will again divert from “roads most traveled” to the scenic drive along the Umpqua River. This is perhaps one of the most enjoyable scenic and relaxing roads a club member could ask for. From there we will continue south and finally head west over the coast range to our destination in Bandon.

2nd Night: Windermere On the Beach & Best Western Inn at Face Rock, Bandon, OR

5:30-6:30 pm: Hosted Bar.

6:30-8:30 pm: Hosted Dinner.

Day 3: Friday 6/19/26


On Friday we will be driving down the coast into California.

There will be multiple opportunities for points of interest and stops along the way.  Further into California, we will be moving away from the coast, and driving into the Redwoods.

Finally arriving at the historic Benbow Inn, where we will be spending two nights.

3rd and 4th Night: Benbow Historic Inn, Garberville CA,

5:30-6:30 pm: Hosted Reception

6:30 pm: Hosted Dinner

Day 4: Saturday 6/20/26


 Saturday will be a Navigator’s Day Off. There will be several options for activities. One option will be an easy drive further south to Fort Bragg and  Mendocino for lunch and returning by a slightly different route.

We’re also offering a private guided hikes in the Rockefeller Forest on Saturday 6/20. You need to sign up and purchase a ticket during the registration:

  • Two approximately 3-hour guided hike in the Rockefeller Forest led by a private naturalist guide.
  • One at 10 am and one at 1:15 pm
  • The Rockefeller Loop Trail/Bull Creek Flat trail is at the foot of the majestic 10,000-acre Rockefeller Forest.
  • The Rockefeller Forest is the largest remaining contiguous old-growth coastal redwood forest in the world.
  • Trees soaring to immense heights combined with a relatively open under story combine to create a fairy-book forest!
  • Walking through these forests is an exhilarating hike in amazing grandeur.
  • Some of the tallest trees in the world are in this forest, and some are thousands of years old.
  • Cost: $21/person
  • Maximum attendees: 16 per hike
  • Time: first hike begins at 10am and the second hike begins at 1:15pm

4th Night: Benbow Historic Inn, Garberville CA

3:30-5:00 pm: Beer Wash

5:30-6:30 pm: Hosted Bar

6:30-8:30 pm: Hosted Dinner

Day 5: Sunday 6/21/26


 On Sunday we depart from the Benbow Inn, and head north and east through some interesting mountain roads until finally merging onto I-5 a few miles south of the Oregon border.  Then it’s onto Ashland for our final night of the tour.

5th Night: Ashland Springs Hotel, Ashland, OR

5:30-6:30 pm: Hosted Bar.

6:30-8:30 pm: Hosted Dinner.

Day 6: Monday 6/22/26


On Monday, after breakfast at the hotel, we head home to Portland.

 

General Information

Waitlist:

  • If all 40 tickets for a tour are sold, please add your name to the waitlist.
  • If tickets become available due to cancellation of ticket holders, we will invite on a first on waitlist – first serve basis to purchase available tickets

 

Refund Policy:

  • 100% refund until 90 days prior to tour start
  • 50% refund until 45 days prior to tour start. If we sell a replacement ticket we will refund the remaining amount.
  • No refund after 45 days prior to tour start. If we sell a replacement ticket we will refund the remaining amount.
  • We special order the NW Passage Tour jacket for your requested size(s). A cancellation fee of $60 per jacket applies for the cost of the bespoke NWP jackets if the cancellation is after 90 days prior to the tour start. You will still receive the Tour jacket(s).

What’s included with your registration:

  • Reception at Porsche Design Studio
  • NW Passage Tour Jacket, Goodie bag, Tour book, Door stickers, Lanyard with name tag
  • Wednesday evening reception (Dinner on your own)
  • Thursday: Lunch, evening hosted reception and dinner
  • Friday Lunch, evening hosted reception and dinner
  • Saturday Beer wash, evening hosted reception and dinner
  • Sunday Lunch and evening hosted receptions and dinner


What is not included with your registration:

  • Hotel Reservations. We will provide registered members instruction to book hotel rooms at a reduced rate
  • Breakfast (might be included in your room rate)

 

Next Steps after Ticket purchase:

  • You will immediately receive an email with the ticket purchase confirmation
  • You will receive an email with hotel booking instructions (allow a few days)
  • You will receive an email for the selection of the tour jacket sizes
  • About 8 weeks before the tour start you will receive a questionnaire for the menu selections for lunches and dinners
  • About 4 weeks before the tour start you will receive a questionnaire for the final update of Navigator names and Car details for the tour book
