Registration:

• Registration for pre-registered members opens on 1/1/23 7pm
• General Registration opens 1/2/23 at 7pm
• Purchase your ticket for the tour you want to attend with all the options you want to attend
• If you want to attend both tours you can register and purchase a ticket for each tour
• The cost per car will be $975.
• There are two additional tour options to choose from:
  • Saturday: 5hr Jet Boat Tour in the Snake River Canyon with Lunch included
    ($135 additional cost per person)
  • Sunday: Wine tasting at two Walla Walla Wineries with lunch included
    ($40 additional cost per person)
• Purchase your ticket for the tour you want to attend with all the options you want to attend

Waitlist:

• Once all 40 tickets for a tour are sold, we will open a waitlist for that tour
• If tickets become available due to cancellation of ticket holders, we will invite on a first come first serve base to purchase available tickets.

Post-Registration:

• After you purchased your ticket you will receive a ticket via email confirming your spot on the tour and the purchased options. Please check the ticket carefully and notify us as soon as possible of any issues or changes.
• After you purchased your ticket you will receive an email with the booking details for the tour hotels.
• Two weeks before the tour you will receive an email with the attendee list, the detailed tour timeline and onsite registration to sign the required forms, waivers and receive the tourbook, door signs, lanyards and the tour book with driving instructions.
