Columbia Gorge Hotel – Room Selection

The Columbia Gorge Hotel is under Renovation starting 12/16/22.  All rooms will be converted to King rooms. The hotel will also replace their online booking system. As a result,  the hotel is not able to accept reservations before the re-opening in early February 2023.

To make the booking process easier for our tour attendees and for the hotel under these circumstances, we are collecting your room selection choices on this website.

To make a selection

• Click “Going”
• Enter your first and last name
• Enter you email address and phone number
• Select the date / tour you make the selections for
• Select your first, second and third choices.
• Click “Finish”

We are staying in touch with the hotel and once it reopens, we will send the selection list to the hotel. You then will receive an email from us to call the hotel and finalize your reservation and make your payment.

The list given to the hotel will be sorted by first selected, first served.

As a result, your first room choice may no longer be available when your selection is being processed. We give you the option to make second and third choices.

Please understand, these selections are not a valid reservation. You will need to call the hotel once we notify you to finalize the room reservation.
