February SUV Drive – Closed

This event is full and the waitlist is closed. 

Please arrive by 9:30 am at a Dub’s Tavern (formerly Wanker’s from 1931) in Tualatin. For those who want to arrive earlier, they open for breakfast at 7:00 am where you can load up on some food, coffee and use the bathroom if needed. As our organizer, Jeff Gasparitsch says – “It’s a proper dive bar!”. On a summer weeknight, you can meet the most affluent coming off the golf course mixing with the local motorcycle chapters.

We will have time for our paperwork and then at 9:45 start the Participant’s meeting with a departure time of 10:00am.

The route is about 100 miles, with approximately 1.5 miles of it being packed country farm roads. The rest stop with a bathroom is currently planned for TMK (about 45 miles in) which is a working creamery and restaurant. Enjoy some ice cream, and purchase some cheese as well! Jeff is planning on a quick roadside photo stop or two along the route as well.

We will end at the Silver Falls Brewery, 207 Jersey St, Silverton, OR for mid-day lunch and libations. 

Registration information:

• The “Release and Waiver of Liability” will be available to sign at the start of the drive. 
• Registration is by car. Each driver please register their car. If you have a navigator, please register that person at the same time. If you don’t have a navigator, just mark the navigator questions as NA. Please see registration at the bottom of this page.
• Please note: The start location and a printable PDF file of Printed Route Directions and Scenic Navigation App Access will be provided a day before the event to all registrants. Please do not share this information with anyone else. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not get an email with this information by 5:00pm the day before the event.
